Fertility Support

Experiencing my own fertility challenges, I understand that there is more to conceiving than merely the physical act of intercourse. Conception, no matter how you decide to conceive, requires your mind, body, and spirit being united for the journey before you. I offer emotional, physical, informational, and even spiritual support as you are actively working towards preparing carry your child. We discuss diet, natural treatments, and so  more.

A fertility doula might be helpful if you are:

  • Family planning

  • Trying to conceive (TTC)

  • Experiencing fertility complications (i.e. endometriosis, fibroids, fallopian tube blockages, etc.)

  • Need a starting point to take control of your fertility & options

  • Searching for a more holistic approach to (in)fertility

  • In need of emotional support and encouragement while TTC through fertility treatments such as IVF or after a loss/miscarriage

  • Feel overwhelmed with your choices and need assistance researching your fertility options

Hand on Bump

Prenatal Assistance

I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.

This service can be requested WITHOUT birth doula services if you are needing an extra hand preparing for the arrival of your baby(ies)

Water Birth

Birthing Guidance

With my Birthing Guidance, I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to assist you in any way that you may need.
Studies have shown that doulas can help cut back on time spent in labor, reduce a mom’s and/or coach's anxiety, lower the rate of medical interventions (including C-sections) and improve mother-baby bonding post-birth.

Baby's Grasp

Postpartum Support

We hear so much about the 3 trimesters, but not much about the "4th" trimester, the postpartum period. Those first few days, weeks, month after giving birth can be scary and stressful as you navigate through life with a newborn. My role as your postpartum support is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. Postpartum doulas provide families information and support on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, infant soothing, and coping skills for new parents. They might also help with light housework, fix a meal and help incorporate an older child into this new experience. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.
